A diverse array of skills and services are indispensable to meet the requisites for selecting, qualifying, rehabilitating, and monetizing properties. Many of these indispensable services extend beyond the purview of our business focus, including property inspection, property management, and property renovation. We have cultivated relationships with a select cadre of third-party service providers whom we esteem as preeminent in their respective domains.
Each third-party service provider functions as an autonomous entity and assumes sole responsibility for its services and outcomes. They will provide quotations for their services, and they are accountable for the delivery and maintenance of said services. In all instances, third-party service providers will directly issue invoices to you, and payments will be remitted directly to them; under no circumstances will funds be channeled through us. As part of our commitment to our clients, we will strive to facilitate coordination and scheduling with third-party providers. It's imperative to underscore that we do not impose charges or receive any form of compensation for our coordination services, and we disclaim any responsibility for the services rendered by third-party providers.

Changes to this Privacy Policy:
Our Services:
Through a unique amalgamation of our exclusive data mining software, methodologies, and services, we deliver a distinct offering tailored to our investor clientele. Given the distinctive nature of our operations, our rapport with clients is similarly unparalleled.
Key Points:
1. We uniformly provide identical information to all active clients primarily through the "ROI Analysis Tools & Search." No properties are concealed or undisclosed; every active client gains access to the same suite of tools.
2. We reserve the right to cease provision of the ROI Tools, our services, and our information to any individual at our discretion.
3. Each active client has the option to request additional information on any property. Upon such requests, we furnish all available information related to the property.
4. Our paramount objective is to deliver personalized service while maintaining confidentiality at all times. Discussions with clients are held in strict confidence and are not disclosed to any third party.
5. Clients autonomously determine whether to submit an offer on a property. In rare instances, multiple investors may express interest in the same property. It's crucial to note that we are obligated to present all offers. However, we refrain from disclosing to other clients or parties whether additional offers have been tendered for the same property.
6. It's imperative to acknowledge that multiple offers may be tendered on highly desirable properties.
7. If one of our clients successfully secures a bid while others have also bid on the same property, we will notify the unsuccessful bidder(s) that another client's offer has been accepted. However, we abstain from disclosing specifics such as the buyer's identity, offer amount, or terms to any party. Following the property's closure, the sale price becomes publicly accessible through various channels.
You Have the Option to Choose Other Service Providers:
There is no obligation for you to engage with any of our recommended third-party service providers. You have the option to select any service provider you prefer. Nonetheless, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in coordinating and scheduling any services you choose. It is important to note that you are responsible for selecting and managing such services, as well as resolving any issues that may arise with any chosen service providers.
